For 8 years in a row, ING Spain has been the most recommended bank by its customers. It is clear that: the relationship between ING and its clients is akin to a love story. So, to celebrate their 21st anniversary we set ourselves a challenge: to go to the social network with the most haters (Twitter), read real tweets sent by customers to ING throughout the years, and build a love story script for a short film. We combed through thousands of tweets, wrote the story, and asked Dani De La Orden (one of the most successful young directors of Spain) to shoot it.
