Fnac is one of the most important book sellers in France, Spain and Portugal. For April (Book Month in Spain) they asked us to create a campaign for their stores and digital channels.
Despite of book industry has been growing and books remain an important part of consumers’ daily lives, there’s a common perception that the increased popularity of digital media are drowning the habit of reading. It’s as if people who read books are unique and brave for being readers.
So we decided to portray those proud book readers with an inspirational and simple message, almost a clamor, inviting us to indulge in the joy of reading: Read! (¡Lee!).
